Abstract
New faunistic data on the occurrence of true bugs in eight zoogeographical regions of south-eastern and north-eastern Poland, i.e., Bieszczady Mts, the Western Beskids Mts, the Eastern Beskids Mts, Lublin Upland, the Mazurian Lakeland, Podlasie, Roztocze and Sandomierz Lowland are presented. The paper includes the data concerning 65 true bugs species representing 17 families collected in 259 localities within 126 UTM squares. The following species were reported for the first time in the respective regions of Poland, i.e., Cimex lectularius, Coriomeris denticulatus, Gonocerus juniperi, Acetropis gimmerthalii gimmerthalii, Rhaphigaster nebulosa, Coptosoma scutellatum and Stictopleurus abutilon in the Sandomierz Lowland, Pentatoma rufipes in Podlasie, Oxycarenus lavaterae in Roztocze, and Rhynocoris annulatus in the Mazurian Lakeland. Additionally, new data on two invasive species, Leptoglossus occidentalis and Oxycarenus lavaterae were also provided.
