Abstract
This paper presents the first localities of S. pulchella in the Western Sudetes Mts. The work discusses the biology of this species and its importance in the fight against tree pests, as well as its occurrence in Europe and in the world. All specimens of S. pulchella were collected in the Wojbórz forestry using photo-eclectors (construction of which is presented in the text).
